Servicing

At Braeside Motors we offer top quality servicing and repairs for all vehicles - any model, any make.

Our servicing is based on the following principles:

1. We only proceed with any work after full consultation with you, the customer. We provide you with a thorough explanation of the faults that need attention and, where applicable, the alternatives that exist for tackling these faults.

2. We will quote you a price at the outset. In the vast majority of cases that will be the price you pay. On the rare occasions where further faults are discovered once we have started work then we will again consult with you before proceeding.

3. We will alert you to any potential faults or problems that we discover with your vehicle which are not yet critical but which are likely to become so within the next service period.

4. We are a one-stop garage - for those areas where we do not directly do the work ourselves then we will sub-contract to other suppliers of known reputation for quality and price.

5. All our work is guaranteed. The duration of the guarantee will depend on the nature of the work and the parts fitted.
